  Was able to get a next day appointment for my washing machine that was violently shaking when it was on the spin cycle. The guys came over, diagnosed and solved the problem easily and quickly. Very reasonable rates, very nice guys, will definitely keep them in mind for when any other appliance needs service.

  Called Kelly's appliance regarding a continuously running Bosch dishwasher after reviewing tips on Google which suggested a bad control board solder connection. The tech (Stephen I think) showed up at the appointed time with a new board and after his exam, went ahead and replaced it. Everything worked fine, well for the next 3 or 4 washings, then it did the same as before, didn't finish the cycle, ran forever. So I assume either a bad new board or something else causing. Called them up and he (Stephen I think) was here promptly, examined the machine and determined it was a bad new board. None in stock, will check and call us back. They called the next day to tell us it would be about 4 days to get the board and they would be here Tuesday between 2 and 4 pm. He shows up at 2 sharp, installs the new new board, no charge, 90 day warranty. Alright ! The first visit was a little pricey but hey, they stand by their work and products. I give these guys 5 stars for their prompt and polite service and integrity. No doubt about it, I'll call these guys back the next time I need appliance help. Joe Gass, Rohnert Park
